Privacy Policy

• Account: email and display name; phone number only if you enter it yourself.
• Google sign-in (if you choose it): your email, name and profile picture from Google. We do not access your contacts or mailbox.
• Data entered by tutors: students' names and notes, guardians' names and contact info, classes, schedules, sessions, attendance (with notes), monthly tuition amounts and paid status.
• Parent linking: an 8-character invite code created by the tutor.
• Technical: IP address and device/browser information (user agent) of login sessions, for security. Login codes (OTP) are stored only as a hash.

We use data only to:

• provide attendance and tuition tracking for tutors;
• let invited parents view their children's attendance and tuition;
• send login codes by email;
• keep your account secure.

• Our servers are located in Vietnam.
• Connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
• Access is limited by role: a parent only sees their own children; a tutor only sees their own workspace.

We rely on a few service providers only when needed:

• Google, for sign-in (if you choose to sign in with Google).
• An email delivery service, to send you login codes.

We disclose data only when required by law.

Data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account:

• Parent account: deleted immediately. Only the link to the child is removed; attendance and tuition records belong to the tutor and remain.
• Tutor account: the whole workspace (students, guardians, schedules, attendance, tuition) is deleted after 30 days. You can cancel within 30 days by signing in again; parents are notified.
• Old backups expire after 14 days.

• View and edit your information in the app.
• Request a copy of your data by email.
• Delete your account at any time.
• A parent can ask the tutor to correct a child's information.
