Frequently asked questions
Do parents need to create an account?
Yes. Parents download the app, sign in with email or Google, then enter the 8-character invite code the tutor sends.
Can I take attendance without internet?
Yes. Attendance is saved on your device and sent automatically once you are back online.
Does the app collect tuition for me?
No. Sổ học only records the amount and whether it is paid. Parents pay the tutor directly.
What if a parent has several children?
One account shows all of your children. Each child has their own color to tell them apart.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Delete account in the app, or use the Delete account page on the web. Parent accounts are deleted immediately; tutors have 30 days to cancel the request before data is permanently deleted.
